Texas Sheet Cake
If there is an official birthday cake on the Bham side of the family this is it! Try it cold. It's the best!
2 C flour
2 C sugar
1/4 C Cocoa
1 C water
1 C butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c buttermilk
Mix flour and sugar in bowl. Combine cocoa, butter and water in pan. Melt butter. Pour hot mixture over flour and sugar.
In separate bowl, mix buttermilk, soda and vanilla. Add to rest of ingredients with eggs. Grease cookie sheet. Pour ingredients into cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Frost with Hershey Chocolate frosting.
