Pumpkin Seeds
Sue
We cook these every year on Halloween night.
Separate the seeds from the pulp and spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Don't wash the seeds- the bits of pumpkin flesh make them sweet and flavorful. Sprinkle with coarse salt and place in a 350* oven for 5 to 10 minutes: You'll be able to tell they're ready because of the smell.
