
No Bake cookies

Makes about 12 cookies
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons cocoa
Dash salt
2 tablespoons peanut butter
¼ teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup quick oats
2 tablespoons flour
Grease cookie sheet.
In small sauce pan combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, milk cocoa, and salt.
Cook on medium high heat. Stir with wooden spoon. Bring to boil and let boil for one minute. (Begin timing when first bubble rises to the top.)
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter, vanilla, oats, and flour. Mix well. (mixture should be moist and shiny. If mixture is dry and crumbly, add more milk one teaspoon at a time until mixture is moist and shiny.)
Drop onto cookie sheet by eating spoons.
Allow mixture to cool in refrigerator before eating. (Cookies set up as they cool).
