Soft Sugar Cookies

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup milk
6 cups flour
¼ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking powder
2 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Cream of Tarter
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Roll out at ¼” - ½” thick.
Bake at 350* for 10 minutes.
