Roast (your favorite cut. My favorite is 7 bone)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 bay leaf
3 T Worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
garlic
Place Roast crockpot. Cover with remaining ingredients. Cook on high till tender. If you start first thing in the morning it will be very tender by dinner.
